This hanging heart comes decorated in a variety of natural items.....dogwood, pussy willows, hydrangea and sea shells to name a few.  Please specify if you have an idea of what you would like your heart decorated with.  If the decorations are available I can make one up to match what is special for you or the person receiving the decorated heart.
